and all services provided by SC Prod Paris Gang (SCPPG).
By accessing this website, booking services, renting equipment, or collaborating with SCPPG, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
“SCPPG”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to SC Prod Paris Gang.
“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual, company, artist, promoter, or organization using our services.
2. Scope of Services
SCPPG operates as:
A creative production company
An event production and assistance provider
An equipment rental provider
An entertainment service provider, including artists, DJs, performers, and technical staff
SCPPG may:
- Produce its own events
- Assist or support third-party events
- Act as an intermediary between clients and artists or service providers
Unless explicitly stated in writing, SCPPG does not act as the employer of artists or third-party providers.
3. Image Rights, Likeness & Intellectual Property
3.1 No Automatic Consent
The use of images, videos, recordings, voice, name, likeness, branding, or performances of SCPPG, its artists, collaborators, or clients is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
This applies to:
- Promotional use
- Commercial use
- Social media
- Press
- Advertising
- Any digital or physical medium
3.2 Client Responsibility
The Client guarantees that they have obtained all necessary image, music, performance, and venue rights required for the event or project.
SCPPG shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of image, sound, or intellectual property by the Client or third parties.
3.3 SCPPG Content
All content on this website and produced by SCPPG remains the exclusive intellectual property of SCPPG, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Equipment Rental
4.1 Transfer of Responsibility
Any equipment rented from SCPPG (including but not limited to sound systems, lighting, DJ gear, technical equipment) is rented under the full responsibility of the Client from the moment of delivery until return.
4.2 Damage, Loss & Theft
The Client is fully responsible for:
- Damage
- Loss
- Theft
- Misuse
- Improper installation or handling
Any damaged, lost, or stolen equipment will be invoiced at replacement or repair value.
4.3 Insurance
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client is responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance coverage for rented equipment.
5. Events & Third-Party Services
When SCPPG assists or participates in events organized by third parties:
SCPPG is not responsible for venue conditions, crowd behavior, permits, licenses, or security unless explicitly contracted.
SCPPG is not liable for cancellation, force majeure, or failures caused by third-party providers.
SCPPG’s responsibility is limited strictly to the services agreed upon in writing.
6. Artist Engagements
When SCPPG provides artists or performers:
Performance times, technical requirements, and conditions must be respected.
The Client is responsible for safe working conditions.
SCPPG is not liable for audience reactions, external disruptions, or venue restrictions.
Unauthorized recording or exploitation of performances is strictly prohibited.
7. Payments & Cancellations
Payments must be made according to agreed terms and deadlines.
Cancellations may result in partial or full charges depending on timing and incurred costs.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
SCPPG shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
SCPPG shall not be responsible for losses caused by force majeure, third parties, or client negligence.
SCPPG’s liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the specific service concerned.
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold SCPPG harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:
Unauthorised use of images or intellectual property
Equipment misuse
Venue or event non-compliance
Client negligence or breach of these Terms
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory local regulations.
11. Modifications
SCPPG reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
